Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and fulfilled from our facility in Austin, Texas. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT on a business day are typically packed the same day; orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, are packed the next business day.
Transit time
We ship via USPS with tracking on every order. Domestic delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your label is created.
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging with no reference to the contents on the outside of the parcel.
Shipping cost
A flat shipping rate of $15 is applied to every order at checkout. An optional $9.99 Shipping Protection add-on is also available at checkout.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not updated for several business days, or your parcel is marked delivered but not received, contact us at info@astrapeptides.com and we will help resolve it.
